What this package will cover​

A dozen or so engineers and support staff of 10-30, three or four months to half a year of scope.

Every Tech North Star ships the same way: the user stories the architecture is built against, C4 diagrams down to component level, the security architecture around the containers, and architecture decision records with the alternatives marked wherever there is a real choice.
